These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "You") and the operator of the pk787 platform ("pk787", "We", "Us", or "Our"), governing all access to and use of the website located at https://pk787.cam, its subdomains, associated mobile-optimised pages, and all services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any feature of the pk787 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference — specifically our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the pk787 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitute a breach of these Terms. pk787 reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts and to void all transactions associated with them.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pk787 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

pk787 reserves the right to close or suspend Accounts where, in its reasonable judgement, continued operation of the Account poses a risk of harm to the Player, constitutes a breach of these Terms, or is required by applicable regulatory obligations.

pk787 accepts deposits through a range of payment channels, subject to availability in the Player's jurisdiction and the operator's current payment configuration. Familiar payment channels referenced in the context of Pakistani players include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, BTC, and USDT. Reference to these payment channels does not constitute an endorsement of pk787 by any of the listed providers, nor does it guarantee availability of any specific payment method at any given time.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. Amounts are denominated in PKR or the applicable account currency.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method held in the Player's own name. pk787 does not accept third-party deposits.
• pk787 does not charge deposit fees directly; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction fees independent of pk787's control.
• Deposited funds are held in accordance with applicable operator safeguarding obligations. Funds are not held in a trust account unless specifically stated by the operator.
• Deposits made by credit card may be subject to additional restrictions depending on the applicable payment processor and local regulations.

Withdrawal of funds from a pk787 Account is subject to the following conditions:

• Successful completion of KYC identity verification, including submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address. pk787 may require additional documentation at its discretion.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed.

pk787 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonus offers are subject to individual wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. These are communicated at the point of offer and must be reviewed carefully before accepting a bonus.

• pk787 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.

All betting and gaming activity on pk787 is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product type — sportsbook, live dealer, slots, table games, and instant games. General principles include:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after confirmation, except where a specific cash-out or edit feature is explicitly available for a particular market.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG. All published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are based on certified game data provided by the third-party game studio. RTPs are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific individual session outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet. Pre-match odds, in-play odds, and futures odds are all subject to market movements.
• pk787 reserves the right to void any bet where odds were displayed due to a technical error, data feed failure, or obvious pricing mistake. Players will be refunded the stake of any voided bet.
• Cricket markets, including PSL, ICC World Cup, bilateral series, and T20 competitions, are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published in the Platform's sportsbook rules section. Reduced-over matches, weather interruptions, and abandoned matches are handled per the applicable product rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk787 Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Opening or using multiple Accounts on the Platform.
• Use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human input.
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Deliberate exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds in a manner designed to circumvent AML controls or conduct money laundering through the Platform.
• Use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates applicable law in the Player's jurisdiction.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment claims that are not made in good faith.

pk787 reserves the right to immediately suspend an Account, void all associated transactions, and retain any balance pending investigation where prohibited conduct is suspected. Confirmed breaches may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to appropriate authorities.

All content on the pk787 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, trademarks, and database compilations — is owned by or licensed to pk787 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of pk787.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk787 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill arising from Platform downtime, technical failure, network interruption, or maintenance.
• Any losses resulting from your failure to secure your Account credentials or from unauthorised access to your Account where such access is not attributable to pk787's negligence.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of live sports data feeds used to populate betting markets.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk787's liability for death or personal injury caused by its proven negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by pk787 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

pk787 collects personal data strictly to the extent necessary for account operation, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and customer support. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection law.

pk787 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible through your Account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous session durations, after which the system will prompt a break or log you out.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Players may close their Account by contacting pk787 support, provided that there are no pending withdrawal requests, outstanding bonus obligations, or active investigations.

pk787 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to cease service to players in a particular jurisdiction.

On termination, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of any bonus funds subject to wagering conditions, and subject to the outcome of any pending investigations) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary gaming or gambling licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.

This clause does not prevent pk787 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

pk787 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to the registered Account address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform, with a reasonable notice period before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into effect. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
